Back at it!

OMG, it's been forever since I've posted something!
Life got in the way in a big way, first with family health issues and then more of them, but we all seem to be on the mend.
I started back to school which has also contributed to my absence, but having tackled the time issues, I'm finally getting back to scrapping!
I took a trip a couple of weeks ago (actually TWO) and just received my order of 393 pictures!
My weekend is wide open and my package from Scrapbook.com is on the way! You know what that means!

A swap project

I was for a time, attached to a swap group on SB.com. I did a matchbox swap and domino swap and totally forgot to post this one.

We received a pattern for a tryptich and were to make one for our swap buddy. I had an idea, middle of the night, to make a bird bath on mine. The bath is made of a huge bottle cap cut in half and I was pretty happy with the result. The swap buddy loved it too!!!

Newly updated scrap heaven!

I have a problem. My name is Teri and I'm addicted to scrapbooking and pink.  In this picture, I have covered both!  I added the desk against the wall using a door from Lowe's, painted it pink and put it atop 4 cubes from Michaels (at 40% off, thank you very much!) and then reorged my stuff.  Happy sigh...happy room, happy place!!

While I have this in a tight circle, don't for a minute think I didn't go crazy at CKC Charlotte this past weekend!!

19 page kits (totaling 53 pages worth!!!)

Some of the vendors there are truly wonderful. Thanks to Scrapbook Fun Addicts, Legacy Paper Arts, Treasure Box, Lickety Split, Ribbon by the Yard and so many others!  Thanks for emptying my bank account!!  And, can't wait for next year!!!

Magic of Oz

The WORST picture ever taken of a LO, but here's my take on my favorite movie EVER.  I love that G45 created a paper line just for me!  Magic of Oz is the best!  I LOVED making this LO of me in my costume from 2 years ago.  My sister made the costume and I ran into one smaller Dorothy that night.  Reminds me to get the next costume made with sparkles!!
